- "They were out first thing the next morning with the new unit."
  I came home to a broken A/C in the middle of summer. I called them and they came out same day to take a look. Determining factor was the unit was very old and would need a lot of work. I told them that I would like to go ahead and get a new unit installed ASAP, well they were out first thing the next morning with the new unit. By 2pm I was sitting in a nice chilled house.
